Industry was formed in 2001 by John Ronayne and Phil Latham from a core team that originally worked together at Eidos (the games publisher responsible for titles such as Tomb Raider, Championship Manager and Who Wants to be a Millionaire).

Phil was part of the original team which set up the Virtual Publishing House in 1995, now Britain´s longest established web agency and with whom we still have a friendly relationship today. He then worked with CRM specialists Imagin, consulting on interactive marketing to Alliance and Leicester before joining Eidos in 1999.

John was a founder member of Eidos Net Publishing in 1997 and was instrumental in the creation of this new global department. The team put together by John was initially formed to develop Eidos Interactive’s online marketing strategy world wide and provide design, build and support services to the numerous companies within the Eidos group. However John soon expanded its client base providing sites for ITV and McLaren-F1 amongst others.
Industry's Chief Technical Officer Joe Fox and Senior Designer Rupert Cleaver were both part of the original team that worked as the Eidos Net Publishing.

Industry have developed work practices and processes that have been tried and tested over our years of experience working in new media.

Our clients are confident in our ability to deliver. We manage the entire project life cycle from initial conceptual design and requirements analysis through system architecture, application development and testing to final implementation and staff training.

Industry’s production processes incorporate the DSDM development methodology which embraces the fact that a client’s requirements evolve and develop throughout the life cycle of a project.
